PELOTON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES TEAM PROMOTIONS
TORONTO – January 13, 2023 – Peloton Capital Management (PCM), a Canadian private equity firm with a long-term approach to middle-market buyouts in the North American market today announced promotions for several of its team members.
We are pleased to announce some very well-deserved promotions for our team members. These individuals have all made significant contributions to PCM’s success and they all embody the values that we hold dear as a firm. PCM would like to extend its congratulations to these talented individuals and we look forward to their continued success.

Blake Bracalenti joined PCM in 2019 and most recently served as Vice President. He is currently actively involved in value creation activities at P3, URA and BIG. Prior to joining PCM, Blake was a Senior Associate at Clairvest Group Inc., having started his career in the Financial Services practice of Deloitte LLP in Toronto. Subsequently he worked as an Associate in KPMG LLP’s mid-market practice and in the Consumers & Industrials group at RBC Capital Markets. Blake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Ganden Doherty joined PCM in 2022 and most recently served as an Analyst. He is currently actively involved in value creation activities at 123Dentist, P3 and BIG. Prior to joining PCM, Ganden worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors practice. Ganden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (High Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Sam Kogan joined PCM in 2018 and most recently served as Vice President. He is currently actively involved in value creation activities at The Fertility Partners, Victoria Park Medispa and EHN Canada. Prior to joining PCM, Sam was an Associate and Senior Associate at Onex Partners, having started his career in investment banking at TD Securities’ M&A practice Sam has also worked as an interim CFO of a property maintenance company. Sam holds a BBA (with Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University and BMath (with Distinction) from the University of Waterloo.
Anna Liu joined PCM in 2020 and most recently served as a Senior Accountant. She performs full cycle accounting for all the entities within PCM and is also involved in various operation activities within the firm. Prior to joining PCM, Anna was a Senior Accountant at CQL & Partner, CPA, Professional Corporation, having started her career at CIBC Mellon as a fund accountant. Anna holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University; she passed CPA Canada’s Common Final Examination and is a CFA Level II Candidate.
James MacVicar joined PCM in 2019 and most recently served as an Associate. He is currently actively involved in value creation activities at TFP, URA and BIG. James started his career in investment banking at TD Securities as an analyst in the Communications, Media & Telecommunications group before rotating to the firm’s M&A practice. James holds a B.Comm (Honours) and B.Arts (Economics) from Queen’s University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
