DEBRA DOBSON JOINS PELOTON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT AS PARTNER

TORONTO – February 18, 2020 – Peloton Capital Management (PCM), a Canadian private equity firm with a long-term approach to middle-market buyouts in the North American market, today announced that Debra Dobson has joined the firm as a Partner.

Debra joins PCM after 17 years with Danaher Corporation where she was most recently Vice President Business Development and Strategy.  At Danaher, Debra was involved in sourcing, executing and developing value creation plans for over 15 transactions.  Prior to Danaher, Debra held positions at EdgeStone Capital Partners and Daimler Corporation.  She holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University.

In addition to supporting transaction sourcing and execution, Debra will take on a leadership role at PCM in enhancing the firm’s value creation capabilities.  In this capacity, she will be responsible for the on-going development of a suite of tools and techniques to help PCM’s portfolio companies reach their full potential.
