PELOTON CAPITAL MANAGEMENT ADDS TONY RODRIGUES AS SENIOR ADVISOR
TORONTO – November 16, 2020 – Peloton Capital Management (PCM), a Canadian private equity firm with a long-term approach to middle-market buyouts in North America, announced today the addition of Tony Rodrigues to the team as a Senior Advisor. Tony is currently a Partner at Bain & Company and he brings more than 25 years of strategic and operational consulting experience and deep knowledge of the Financial Services space.

Tony is currently a Director in the Financial Services Practice at Bain & Company, leading the Wealth and Asset Management practice in the Americas. He joined Bain & Company’s Toronto office in 1990, one year after its opening, and is an integral member of the team that has successfully grown the office over the last three decades. He brings deep experience across a suite of capabilities including corporate and business unit strategy, operating model design, customer and distribution strategy, operations improvement, M&A, and post-merger integration. Tony is a member of Capitalize for Kids’ Advisory Board and a juror for St Michael’s Hospital Foundation’s Angel’s Den event. He earned an MBA with distinction from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics with First Class Honours from Queen's University.
